CANTON, Ohio—A police officer accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend and her nearly full-term fetus made his first court appearance Monday and was ordered held on $5 million bond.

Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, was expressionless as a judge reviewed his case. He stood behind a window separating him from the courtroom, with his girlfriend's family seated a few feet away.

Jessie Davis, 26, was missing for about a week before her body was found Saturday in a park. Cutts is the father of her 2-year-old son, and Davis' relatives have said he is the father of the baby girl she was due to deliver July 3 and planned to name Chloe.

CANTON, Ohio (AP) Questions about Bobby Cutts Jr. lead quickly to the women and children in his life.

Theres his oldest daughter, Taylor, born out of wedlock to a girlfriend in 1997. Theres his younger daughter, Breonna, born in 2001, also out of wedlock: he and the childs mother married shortly thereafter.

Theres his son, 2-year-old Blake, born after an affair with another girlfriend while separated from his wife. Relatives say he would have had a fourth child, Chloe, had the child been born as scheduled early next month.

CANTON, Ohio -- A police officer is accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend in her home, where furniture was found overturned, bleach spilled on the floor, and her 2-year-old son was left alone, a sheriff's complaint said.

Jessie Davis' body was found Saturday in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, still carrying her dead, nearly full-term fetus, a girl she planned to name Chloe.

Davis' boyfriend, Canton Police officer Bobby Cutts Jr., the father of her 2-year-old son, was charged with two counts of murder and due in court Monday. Davis' relatives have said they believed Cutts, 30 also was the father of her fetus. He also has a daughter with an estranged wife.
