St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) - Shane Victorino came through with a pinch- hit, bases-loaded triple in the eighth to lead the Philadelphia Phillies past the St. Louis Cardinals, 5-1, in the rubber match of a three-game set at Busch Stadium.
Michael Bourn went 3-for-5 with two RBI for the Phillies, who have won three of five.
The game was held up twice due to rain, causing about two hours of delays and shortening the starting pitchers' outings. Cole Hamels went just three innings, allowing one run on three hits, while Kip Wells let up one run over five frames.

ATLANTA --The losses are mounting now, one blending right into the next. And the Atlanta Braves are reaching a boiling point.
The manager and catcher were feuding with the umpire Saturday. The ace pitcher and star third baseman were feuding with each other. And when it was all over, the Braves were no closer to ending their current rut.
Atlanta scored a run for the first time since Monday, but still lost 2-1 to the Detroit Tigers at Turner Field. Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander allowed just four hits in seven innings, and the Braves lost their fourth game in a row and 14th in their past 20 games.
